Q: The link to my purchase expired, what do I do?

Unfortunately, I am unable to change the fact that the links expire. If the link to your download expired, you can e-mail me at CounselorChelsey@gmail.com and I will send you a new link within 24 hours. If you need the resource immediately, you can purchase it again and I will give you a refund for one of the purchases.

Q: I am having trouble printing the resource, what can I do?

There are a few things to try:

1) Make sure you are using the most updated version of Adobe Reader
2) Make sure you are printing directly from the downloaded file, not from your internet browser.

If neither of those suggestions work, please e-mail me at CounselorChelsey@gmail.com and let me know that those recommendations did not work. I will send you the resource directly.

Q: My school has gone to distance learning because of COVID-19, can I share my purchased resources with students and families online?

As long as your school is closed because of COVID-19, you may share my resources via e-mail with parents and families. You may also post them to a closed website that is not searchable or accessible to the general public, such as Class Dojo or Google Classroom. You can also send resources home via mail.
