Self-Esteem Small Group Counseling Curriculum
This self-esteem small group counseling curriculum includes no-prep lessons and activities to help your students to learn about what self-esteem is, celebrate their strengths, cope with low self-esteem, and build the self-esteem of others.
This resource includes 6 NO-PREP sessions that each include a detailed lesson plan with objectives, discussion points and activities. There is also a survey to measure growth, two bonus activities and family communication forms.

Lesson 2 - "What Are My Strengths?"
Lesson 3 - "What Am I Proud Of?"
Lesson 4 - "Positive Self Talk"
Lesson 5 - "Why Are People Mean?"
Lesson 6 - "How Can We Encourage Others?"
Each Session Includes Lesson Plans With:
Objectives
Discussion points
Activity directions/materials

"Self-Esteem Roll and Respond"
"Self-Talk Cards"
2 Assessments For Data Collection:
A self-assessment to be completed by the child
An assessment to be completed by teachers/families
Family Communication Forms:
A permission form
A follow up note for each lesson to let families know which topics were covered and encourage further conversation at home
These family communication forms are provided in an editable format (this is in PowerPoint, so you must have PPT to access the editable version).
