Winter Anger Management Activities For Kids
This resource includes 8 winter themed anger management activities for kids. These activities will help students learn about recognizing anger, anger triggers, and coping skills, as well as help them set and meet anger management goals. Great for individual, small group and classroom counseling sessions!
This resource includes a Google Slides component, which makes it great for distance learning!

What's Included:
Snowman Anger Book: Includes 5 pages and a title page to help students learn about various levels of anger and what makes them feel this way.
How Angry Feels Snowman Students will consider how anger affects that way that their bodies look and feel.
”I Can Cool Off” Hot Chocolate Students will differentiate between positive and negative coping skills, and then glue the positive coping skills marshmallows onto a picture of hot chocolate to help it “cool off.”
Winter Mindfulness Scripts Two winter themed guided meditations to help students calm down and experience mindfulness.
Robert the Reindeer Read and Draw Students will read and illustrate the story of Robert the Reindeer and then combine the pages to create a 10 page booklet.
Letter To Holiday Characters Students will respond to prompts from holiday characters regarding anger management. Includes 4 prompts, a letter template, and 4 response letters.
Snowman Melt Down Foldable A foldable to help students consider anger triggers, ways to recognize anger, coping skills and people they can talk to when they are angry.
Winter Positive Reinforcement Trackers 3 positive reinforcement charts to help students create and meet goals related to anger management. Charts include candy cane, snowman and cookie themes.
All activities except the "Robert The Reindeer Read And Draw" are also included in a Google Slides component.
