  • "My Bag Of Worries" Worry Cards - Students will write down their worries on the cards provided and place them in an envelope that represents their "bag of worries." They will then share their worries with a trusted adult.

  • Worry Coping Skills Sort - Students will look at 16 coping skills and decide whether they are positive or negative ways to cope with their anxiety.

  • "My Bag Of Worries" Interactive Worksheet - Students will write down their worries and then cover them up with positive coping skills.

  • Worry/Anxiety Task Cards - Use these 12 task cards to promote discussion regarding worry and anxiety. Sample answers are provided, as well as an answer recording sheet.

  • Photos Of Completed Samples

  • All materials come in color and black and white!
