What's Included:
"Should I Share It?" Sorting Activity - Students will look at each of the 24 scenario cards and determine whether or not it is information that should be shared with others. Then, they'll put the card in the corresponding envelope.
12 Matching Puzzles - Students will look at 12 scenarios that describe potential rumors. Then, they will match that scenario to the possible effect that the rumor could have.
"What's Really Happening?" Worksheet - Students will respond to the prompts on the worksheet as they practice thinking about what could really be going on, and focus on not jumping to conclusions.
12 Gossip And Rumors Task Cards - Use these 12 cards to encourage discussion about rumors, gossip and the impact that they have. There is also a recording sheet and a list of sample answers.
All materials are included in color and black and white!
