Self-Control Unit: 4 No-Prep Lessons
Looking for ways to help your K-2 students with self-control? This unit includes 4 no-prep lessons that cover different areas of self-control. Kids will learn what self-control is, and how they can use it to manage their feelings, voice levels and bodies.
This resource is great for your classroom or small group lessons. It is designed to be used as a unit, but can also be used as stand-alone lessons.

Lesson 1: What Is Self-Control & Why Is It Important
Lesson 2: Controlling Our Feelings
Lesson 3: Controlling Our Bodies
Lesson 4: Controlling Our Voices
Each lesson includes activities and discussion questions.
Please note that Lesson 1 includes an activity with the game Jenga, and Lesson 3 includes a Google Slides activity. However, if you do not have Jenga or Google Slides, there are alternative directions.
