Circle Of Control Self-Regulation Lesson Plan For Kids
Focusing on aspects of a situation that you can control - instead of focusing on the things you can't control - is a powerful self-regulation tool. In this no-prep lesson, kids will learn to recognize what is and isn't in their control, and will better understand how using this strategy can help them feel less worried or upset and more calm.
