Worry & Anxiety No-Prep Small Group Counseling Plan (Grades 6-8)
This worry and anxiety small group counseling plan includes 6 no-prep lessons to help your students understand and manage their worry & anxiety. Students will better understand their anxiety and to develop positive ways to cope with the worries they have.
By understanding what makes them anxious and how their anxieties affect their bodies and their brains, students will begin to feel more in control of their feelings and will be able to use coping skills like flipping negative thoughts, focusing on what they can control, grounding strategies and more.
This resource includes 6 NO-PREP sessions that include a detailed lesson plan with objectives, discussion points and activities. There are also family communication forms, assessments and 2 bonus activities!
